• Cashew nuts-2 tablespoon
• Tomato- medium size around 300 grams
• Butter-2 tablespoon
• Indian bay leaf-required amount
• Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
• Water-1.5 cups
• Ginger-one inch
• Green chilli- one or two slits
• Cottage cheese- 200 to 250 grams
• Dry fenugreek leaves- 1 teaspoon
• Salt-required amount
• Garam masala-1/2 to 1 teaspoon
• Coriander leaves- required amount
• Sugar-optional


How To Prepare


• First, you soak eighteen to twenty cashew nuts in the hot water. At the soaking time, you can opt for the cutting the tomatoes, make garlic paste and cut paneer.
• You can put the soaked cashew nuts in the grinder and add two to three tablespoon of water to it. You can make it as a fine paste without tiny pieces.
• You can add the two cups of chopped tomatoes without add water to it.
• Now, you can heat the pan and add two tablespoons of oil and butter in the pan.
Then, you can add tej patta and fry until the oil becomes aromatic. • You can add the ginger paste to it and fry well and tip the tomato. Add ½ teaspoon of the red chili powder after five to six minutes.
• You can wait for few minutes till the oil leaves the side of the pan. Now, you can add the cashew paste to it.
• You can add 1.5 cups of water to it and put the required amount of ginger. After that, you can add one to two slits of the chilies, salt, and sugar and stir them.
• For your choice, you can add the cream also and disk becomes very creamy that suitable for your taste.
• You can add the paneer and cook for the few minutes. You can wait for a minute till the paneer becomes soft.
• Finally, you can add the chopped coriander leaves and methi leaves.
